For owner Antonio
Cagnolo, growing up in the foothills of Italy meant fresh foods,
simple meals and the everyday passion of Italian Living. Since 1979
Antonello Ristorante has captured the essence of Old World
authenticity with a new cuisine - Cucina Nostalgica Italiana. The
authentically Italian Dishes, made with freshest ingredients, are
created by Executive Chef Barone with occasional assistance from Cagnolo's mother, Mama Pina, whose influence is ever-present,
whatever the inspired selection on the menu. Restaurant critics
the world over have admired Antonello's expansive menu of
antipastos, soups, salads and fresh pasta dishes, as well as its
ample variety of exceptional fish, poultry, veal and beef entrees.
Antonello's award-winning wine list boasts more than 700 foreign and
domestic labels. For special occasions or business meetings, there
are eight private dining rooms of varied sizes, with guest seating
from eight to 85. |

earned many coveted awards including the Golden Scepter award from
the Southern California Restaurant Writers for an unprecedented 10
consecutive years and the AAA Four Diamond Award for 11 consecutive
years. The American Academy of Hospitality Science's Five Star
Diamond was recently awarded to Antonello for "...commitment to
hospitality in all aspects of its daily operation." Zagat Guide say,
"Orange County's Best Italian ...even worth the drive from L.A."
